Technician Joe Greene recently performed the annual maintenance on my water softener system, adjusted the pressure in the pressure tank and advised me about salt levels. He was part of the team that installed this system several years ago so I find it reassuring that someone so familiar with this system continues to be involved. They came and did the service in the normal time. Just like the others. I don't know if they locked the pump house when they left.

Chuck and Eric kept me abreast of every step of the install process and both had a keen interest in making sure that me as a homeowner was fully comfortable with the operation and the ongoing maintenance requirements of the system.
