Very prompt service, upfront costs, and friendly staff made the overall experience much better. Losing water and knowing that I was going to have a large expense is never ideal but this company and crew really helped to put my worries at ease. Not only was Josh knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly, he and another coworker were able to fix it and I was back with running water in just a few hours. They were also very respectful to my place and cleaned up after the work was done. I would highly recommend using this company.

Called them because we didn't have water, they returned my phone call promptly, said they could have a technician out quickly, I was on my way to get a job started, they worked with my schedule. Said the technician would be there between 12 and 2 pm.I arrived home just before noon and received a message that the technician was on his way, he showed up a few minutes later and quickly diagnosed the issue, got us water again, found another issue and gave us a estimate for the repair, we agreed that should be done sooner than later. He made a phone call and a few minutes later the parts were here and installed. Both Tray and Cole were very professional and courteous. I work in the service industry and appreciate their hard work.The company should be proud to have them as their employees. Will definitely talk to them again when we redo our water building to install a water filtration system.
We had Zach from American Pump and Drill out to our place to check out our filter system and teach me what I need to know to properly maintain the system (I'm new to wells and filtration systems). Zach was fantastic. Walked me thru the system bit by bit using plain language and showed me how the whole thing works. Based on my experience with Zach, I signed up with an annual maintenance contract with American on the spot. Well worth the price knowing Zach and American will be servicing our system as needed and performing regular water quality checks. American looks to be my favorite new partner/supplier I've met out here in the Shelton area.

We had this company decommission a well on our property and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication was clear, the work was done professionally, and everything was handled properly and efficiently. They showed up when they said they would and left the site clean. Id definitely recommend them to anyone needing well decommissioning done right.
