Shane was fantastic to work with. His knowledge and expertise with well systems gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. He was patient, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's hard to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about helping people understand what's going on with their well. I called American Pump and Drilling for a leaking wellhead. They had Josh out the next morning. He instantly diagnosed the issue, and got it all fixed better than before.

We had an issue with the original inspection and couldn't get access to the pump house. The folks in the office and our technician were super understanding of the situation and worked to get us rescheduled for another day.
We had Joe help us out on real estate inspection and he was super thorough and took his time to explain steps along the well about the well and how it was set up to work with the 2 properties it serviced. We found some pretty big issues with the well during the inspection that otherwise we wouldn't have known and ultimately saved us a lot of headaches. We can't thank y'all enough!
They are always responsive and listen to my description of the problem. Their focus is on troubleshooting. When they leave, I know what to do if an issue arises.
The tech they sent to us -Trayten- was top notch. On time. Great communication and notifications about arrival. Educated us on our pump/well/yard hydrants and was genuinely so nice. Will recommend to anyone and will call again for future work when needed! Listened to our concerns, investigated the issue, created a plan, always communicated and provided options.
