Outstanding service. Quick response to request for service. Efficient installation of well water treatment filter, with full explanation provided by crew. I will use American Pump when I need well service in the future.
I had American Pump and Drilling install a water filtration system at my recently completed new home in Grapeview. From the initial consult with Shane, to the scheduling, to the install with Chuck and Eric, the process was prompt, thorough, informative, professional and clean. Chuck and Eric kept me abreast of every step of the install process and both had a keen interest in making sure that me as a homeowner was fully comfortable with the operation and the ongoing maintenance requirements of the system. I highly recommend these guys.

We recently had our well water analyzed for mineral content and the lab found higher than normal concentrations of manganese and iron. They recommended American Pump and Drilling. We contacted them and Shane came out and tested our water again verifying the labs results. He was extremely knowledgeable and laid out our options for removing the manganese and iron. We chose the best option for us and Shane scheduled the installation. Chuck and Eric arrived a few days later and thoroughly went over what they were going to do. They did an outstanding job installing our filter system. They went over the entire installation with us and made sure we understood the entire process. We wholeheartedly recommend American Pump and Drilling.
Technician arrived on time as scheduled (actually few minutes early!). Although this was first time American serviced our well and complex water treatment system, the technician was very knowledgeable and did a great and thorough job! In addition to servicing the treatment system, the technician found a leak in a corroded pipe underneath the well pressure tank (the source of moisture in the well house for years that was assumed to be condensation) and videotaped the leak. Repairs were made by Arcadia next day and well house is now completely dry. Water quality post servicing is very good. Very happy with results of first service provided by American!

The installation process was a positive experience. The guys were friendly and explained use of the system very well. The installation was neat and clean. I haven't been able to try the water due to a lack of plumbing. I'm looking forward to it.
