Zach came out to perform annual maintenance on our filtration system. He's very knowledgeable and efficient and did a great job taking care of the system. He even stopped back by at the end of his shift to check on a potential problem and quickly fixed that as well.
The team at American Pump are just wonderful. The office staff in getting the time booked, the ability to email in water test results and email with the technician ahead of the visit, and then the visit itself. It turned out we didn't have a problem with our filtration system, we had a valve that left open meaning the water bypassed the filtration. A different tech would have tried to sell us $$$$$ but American just closed the valve, retested the water to make sure it was correct, and headed on out - no cost. WOW! No one acts like that anymore these days - real true customer service.
Zach was very efficient in diagnosing and repairing our issue. We were very pleased with the service we received.
Zack found an issue with a worn out piece in my filtration system that in the long run would shorten the life of my pump. Quickly fixed during my scheduled maintenance.
