Unfortunately I have had several issues with my well pump BUT fortunately American Pump and Drilling has provided excellent service each time. The most recent tech, Josh was fantastic at explaining things that helped me make decisions about my repairs and some proactive work to make life easier.
We had American Pump and Drilling out to look over both our well and water filtration system. Their Technician Josh did a great job, very knowledgeable and was able to provide a pipe replacement we needed during the visit. We would call them again and recommend them for ease of scheduling and prompt knowledgeable service.
The company services our filtration system 3 times a year. They are always on time. The technician is very personable and their prices are reasonable.

Shane was a wealth of knowledge. He was honest and straight forward, not trying to sell me something.
Always great service!
Trey was awesome. He found the problem with my well pump and fixed it on the spot. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and fielded the numerous questions I had with the confidence that comes with knowing the job. An excellent experience.
Shane was fantastic to work with. His knowledge and expertise with well systems gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. He was patient, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's hard to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about helping people understand what's going on with their well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shane to anyone needing a trustworthy well professional. Five stars! ?????
