They were absolutely amazing and great customer service.
The installation process was a positive experience. The guys were friendly and explained use of the system very well. The installation was neat and clean. I haven't been able to try the water due to a lack of plumbing. I'm looking forward to it.
I wouldn't use any of the competitors. These folks are 5-Star from start to finish!
Their service person, ***, was exceptionally nice, very competent and did a great job maintaining our water softener/filter. He took the whole thing apart and figured out what the problem was and gave me good instructions on how to change the filter. He even left us an extra filter.

Wonderful experience with Chuck and Eric installing a new hot water heater for a large house. They looked at all the systems in our new(er) house and determined separating domestic hot water and radiant heat floors were the more efficient, reliable old school technology to suit our needs, rather than the modern and popular combi units perferred by some plumbers. Sometimes its better to go backwards to go forward. We had bids from 3 reputable Olympia companies and American Pumps price and timing were what worked best for our family. Highly recommend.
