We purchased a new home in October 2024. Shortly after we moved in, we experienced a significant issue with our well. Needless to say, we were quite frustrated and felt as though the seller did not properly disclose this known well issue.
In comes American Pump. They dug and built the original well in 2022. They were quick to come out to our house and diagnose the issue. We even had the owner of American Pump come out to our property and show us how our whole well system works (we have a very sophisticated reverse osmosis system). Mike was simply top notch.
Once we received the estimate of the repair, American Pump put us on their work schedule almost immediately. They completed the entire job in less than two days and we now have a wonderful functioning well that produces high quality water. Plus, we are now educated on how to maintain our system, thanks to Mike and the American Pump team.
It is tough to purchase a home and then almost immediately have to make a $12,500 repair, but we are thankful to all the folks at American Pump who fixed our well quickly. Plus, the communication from them is pretty solid. They are a small business, so they may take a little while to get back to you on detailed questions. But, they always answer the phone and are extremely customer service focused. All the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and Tiffany, the director of operations is truly a class act. I highly recommend American Pump for all your well water needs.

I gladly give American Pump and Drilling a five star rating. I know the word awesome seems to be used a lot these days but this company truly deserves the title. Our situation went from not having any water in the house-because of what another company had messed up on and couldn't get back to fix it for two weeks-to having these guys come out and in a very short time setting us up with a whole new well water system. I love having constant water pressure now and highly recommend it for an upgrade to anyone on a well. Our first call (thanks Tiffany) to these guys proved they really care and brought Shane out the next day, on a Saturday! He did some thorough testing to troubleshoot and was a pleasure to deal with. Then came the installation team-Eric, Chuck and Zack, anybody needing plumbing done will be really lucky to get these three guys. We were so very very pleased with how clean they worked, their knowledge, their competence, their upbeat attitude and how patiently they answered questions and explained what they were doing--what a fantastic team! We congratulate the owner of this company in hiring so well and thanks for the expedient service to our emergency.
