I was amazed at the speed of service. The knowledge of the team that arrived; Tray, Gene, Josh, and Zach were friendly and shared a wealth of information. The problem was diagnosed, and repaired quickly. They had to brave the worst rain we have had for many days and did so graciously. Thank you, I highly recommend this company if you need work on your water system.
Our well inspector, Joe Greene, was very informative and down to earth. He explained the reasoning behind needing a new pump and showed me the data to explain why he recommended replacement. I really appreciated his knowledge and insight!

We have had great experiences with American Pump and Drilling (APD). The first time, our water had an odd sulfur smell, like rotten eggs, and couldn't figure it out. We contacted APD and were lucky to work with Shane. He tested the water, gave us options and was very open to answering our questions. Within a week or so, we had a new water filtration system and softener installed, and no more smell. Chuck and Eric were wonderful in walking us through maintenance and troubleshooting. A few months later, we had e.coli show up in our water and we contacted Shane. Within a few days, the problem was solved and always with great communication along the way. The customer service and quality assurance is outstanding!
Great communication from this company. ******************* was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and told us what and why he was doing the work. We have an older system and he had the parts in his van. He was able to fix our system and we have great water! I am thankful for this company and we already have our yearly maintenance scheduled.
