I am a real estate broker in Olympia and sell a fair number of homes with wells. Because of the general lack of maintenance and knowledge of the well and mechanical systems and the costs of repair and replacement, a good inspection is always recommended. American Pump has always been able to get that inspection done in a timely manner and given my buyers a good basis of knowledge about their new well system.

Fast and friendly service
I hired American Pump and Drilling to perform maintenance on a filtering system attached to my Well. This system hadn't had maintenance for several years. ***, the technician, pulled the filtering system apart and it was kind of a mess. He cleaned it out, flushed it multiple times, replaced a needed part and recharged it. I know he did a quality job and didn't take shortcuts at the cost of sacrificing quality. The work American Pump and Drilling did for me was very well done and at a very reasonable cost. I am a very happy camper.
The team did a great job. It took a bit of time to get my job schedule, and thankfully it wasn't an emergency or urgent situation. But they did a very quality job and the cost was quite reasonable. When the pulled the pump, casing and shut-off value, they showed me what they found and explained the issue. They completely cleaned up the job site, including inside the well house/area.
American Pump and Drilling is a great company to work with. Their prices are competitive, they are reliable - if they say they will be on site at a certain time or that they will do something, they do, they are very knowledgeable and they back their quotes, products and services.
