Exceptional service from American Pump and Electric! We had a major water leak at our house and they went above and beyond to work us in at the last minute. Their dedication to customer service and competent expertise is truly commendable. We're incredibly grateful for their timely assistance in fixing our water and well needs. Highly recommended!
We just had our 15 year old pressure tank, well pump and water filtration updated to all new equipment and we are so glad we picked American Pump and Drilling to do the install! From our first meeting with Shane to check out our old filtration equipment and give us a bid, he was so helpful, then Joe Greene came out the next day to check our well pump and pressure tank, what a kind man! They were so prompt, courteous and informative who could do any better! Chuck and Eric came to put our new water filtration system in and our Pressure tank, they were also very courteous, helpful and prompt and did a great job! Within a few minutes after Chuck Peterson and Eric arrived, our pump guys, Andrew and I didnt catch the other guys name but they also did a great job! This company is awesome in every way, the promptness of emails and texts, we felt like we were in good hands! Thanks so much American Pump and Drilling, I would recommend you in a heartbeat!
This was the annual service inspection for our soft water unit. The technician was very patient to explain both how the system worked and what steps he was taking the service the equipment. He also spent time getting the soft water controller connected to our Wi-Fi router to allow me to monitor the system with my cell phone.
Joe was great! Down the ravine, through the brambles, and into a big mess but Joe was smiling the whole time. I highly recommend this service and really appreciate the text they sent with a photo of my technician so I knew who I was working with. Thank you!
Mr. Joe Greene did an excellent job servicing our water filter system for our home well. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient. We have not experienced any issues so far since using American Pump and Drilling to service our system.
American Pump recently upgraded our well pump, pressure tank and controls. They were professional and answered any questions we had! We now have better water pressure and know our system is current and will work properly for many years to come. Thank you!
