Joe Greene is a prompt, knowledgeable, courteous professional. He was patient and explained the good and the not so good of my well system in terms I could understand. Even though my old crap isn't a joy to maintain he isn't trying to upsell me into the latest and greatest.
American pump saved us big time! Our well pump went out Thursday night and we had a trip to go on Friday. They were out and had the new pump in and running by probably 11am Friday. Both the technicians were nice and educating. We are happy with everything:)
The owner and team went above and beyond when our community well pump serving 53 homes went down on a 100 degree day. They were willing to build us a pump overnight, then install at the bottom of our well the next day giving the neighborhood drinking water back within 36 hours of it failing. Given the emergency nature of the call out and an install involving 3 trucks, what Mike charged us was well below what he could have. We have worked with them for many years and have never been let down.
Personable, prompt, and knowledgeable people. American Pump and Drilling was able to squeeze me in quickly after I called, which was greatly appreciated as I was getting no water from my well. Was dreading I needed a new well pump, but American identified the correct issue and I ended up needing to replace the control box. Running water is a good thing to have in a home!
The folks at AP&D were responsive and got the whole job (well pump replacement) done in one afternoon. And on a Friday no less. Great job!!

When I initially thought I had a water emergency I contacted American Pump. They did not answer so I left a voicemail detailing the situation. While they didn't initially answer the phone, they promptly called back and had a water tech dispatched within a reasonable time frame. The water problem turned out to be a simple fix my wife was able to correct however I appreciated their promptness to address the situation.

Came out the next morning to fix our wells electric box! They were quick, efficient, and awesome. I can't thank you enough! We have water again ????
